Question: How do I add or change what I've enrolled in Okta?
Answer:
To check what you've enrolled in Okta:
- Visit okta.nd.edu and sign in. You may be prompted to respond to two-step login.
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Settings
- Click Edit Profile if shown, and enter your password
- Click Edit Profile if shown, and enter your password
- Scroll down to Extra Verification
Here you can view what you have currently enrolled. To configure a new device, click Setup, and to reconfigure a previous device, click Remove, then you should be able to click Setup. You can find specific instructions for each type of device below.
- Okta Verify - Push or Passcode
- Google Authenticator App
- Text Message Code (SMS)
- Voice Call
- Security Key (AKA YubiKey)
