Who is eligible for free access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications?

All full-time and adjunct faculty and full-time and part-time staff are currently eligible to request access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications at no cost.  Students can access Adobe applications in OIT Computer Labs

Note: On-call/Temp employees follow a different process for Adobe Creative Cloud access.  Typically, these licenses are paid for by a departmental FOAPAL, and the IT Software Administration group procures an individual named license for the requestor. To request access see: Adobe Volume Licenses (VIP) Individual Subscriptions.

The University of Notre Dame's enterprise license agreement with Adobe is changing effective July 15, 2025.  Existing eligibility criteria is subject to change at that time.

How do faculty and staff request a license for Adobe Creative Cloud?

Beginning June 19, 2025, all requests for the Adobe Creative Cloud suite need to be submitted directly to servicedesk@nd.edu
