Before You Begin
Signing in to Zoom using your Notre Dame NetID and password is recommended for all meetings you host or join with Notre Dame participants. Signing in will ensure you have full permissions to:
- Host meetings longer than 40 minutes
- Record meetings to the cloud
- Use pre-assigned breakout rooms more effectively

Sign In to Zoom with Notre Dame NetID and Password (Desktop)
- Open the Zoom application on your Windows or Apple computer. If you aren’t sure how to find it, try searching for “Zoom”.
- Click Sign In with SSO.
- Under Company domain type notredame
- Click Continue.
- You will be redirected to login with your Notre Dame NetID and password via Okta. Enter your NetID and password and click Sign In.
- Click Open Zoom Meetings.
- You can confirm you are signed in by clicking on your profile icon in the top right of the Zoom application window.
- You should see your @nd email address. This confirms you have successfully signed in.
Sign In to Zoom with Notre Dame NetID and Password (Mobile App)
- Open the Zoom application on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap Sign In.
- Tap SSO.
- In the companydomain field enter notredame
- You will be redirected to login with your Notre Dame NetID and password via Okta. Enter your NetId and password and click Sign In.
- You can confirm you are signed in by clicking on Settings in the bottom right.
- You should see your @nd email address. This confirms you have successfully signed in.
