How do I change which factor to use for two-step when I login?
Answer
When prompted for two-step login the system will usually default to the last option that you used from that device or browser. To choose a different authentication factor follow these steps:
- When prompted for two factor authentication, click on the downward pointer (
) which is circled in red in the image below.
- From the drop down that appears select the factor that you have enrolled that you wish to use.
NOTE: Your list may vary depending on what options you have previously enrolled. To enroll different factors follow the instructions in KB0017560. - After selecting the desired factor follow the instructions that appear to authenticate using that option.
