Who is eligible for free access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications?

All full-time and adjunct faculty and full-time and part-time staff are eligible to request access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications at no cost. The requests will automatically grant access to download and install Creative Cloud applications. Students can access Adobe applications in OIT Computer Labs.


Note: On-call/Temp employees follow a different process for Adobe Creative Cloud access.  Typically, these licenses are paid for by a departmental FOAPAL, and the IT Software Administration group procures an individual named license for the requestor. How do faculty and staff request a license for Adobe Creative Cloud?

  1. Go to the Adobe opt in site.

  2. If prompted, log in with your NetID and password.



  3. If needed, respond to the two-step authentication prompt.

  4. Your enterprise Adobe account will be automatically created, and you will be redirected to the instructions below for downloading and installing the software.

  5. You may receive an email from Adobe indicating you have access to All Apps. 

    Note:  It may take 2-4 hours for Adobe to grant access to your account.
