How to use Air Media on an Windows computer in a conference room.

How to

1. Touch to turn on the conference room system with the Crestron panel and select Air Media.

2. Locate the web address and code for Air Media and type it into your web browser to go to it.  The one listed here is for demonstration only, do not use it.

3. Download the Air Media application, run the file to install the software.

4. Run the application and type the IP address in to connect.
5. Once the initial connection is established, you may need need to let Windows "allow" the software to make the connection.
6. Choose what kind of sharing you would like to have.
7. Screen is now displaying on the projector.
8. To disconnect, open the Air Media Crestron app from the taskbar and select Disconnect.
