Overview

End-to-end (E2EE) encryption is available for Zoom Meetings. Account owners and admins can turn it on when extra protection is needed.

Prerequisites

How to enable end-to-end encryption

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Go to Account Management > Account Settings.
  3. Select the Meeting tab.
  4. In the Security section, turn on End-to-end (E2EE) encryption.

Limitations

When end-to-end encryption is enabled, these features are not available:
