Advanced Möbius Assessment (formerly Maple TA question authoring by uploading a formatted text file

Attached to this article is a preformatted file containing 7 multiple choice questions in 3 topics. The file was created in a text editor (Notepad, TextEdit, Brackets ...any such editor will do). After saving, the file is renamed from the ".txt" extension to the ".qu" extension, which is imported into Möbius Assessment

Each question contains the following parts: 

• the topic it belongs to
• the mode or question type
• the question's name (helps to be able to search on questions later)
• the question text
• choices to give the students (for the multiple choice type)
• the answer, specifies the choice(s) which is/are correct
