  1. Log in to google.nd.edu.
  2. Go to My Google Groups then click on the group that you wish to change.
  3. On the left sidebar, click Group settings
  4. Under the General section, under Who can post, check or uncheck the options to control who can post
    1. For announcement only lists, change the slide bar to Group managers. This will allow Owners and Managers
    2. For discussion lists, change the slide bar to Group members. This will allow Owners, Managers, and Members
  5. Within this page you can change other Group settings such as who can View topics and Join the group, and customize if the action is limited to Group owners, Group managers, Group members, Entire organization(people within ND), or Anyone on the web
  6. You can also click the radio button to allow external members (people with non-nd.edu addresses) to be added to the group
  7. At the top, click the blue Save button.
