Who do I go to for help with my student club/group account (NetID)?

Answer

If you need help accessing an account that already exists, contact the Student Activities Office (SAO) at (574) 631-7308. The SAO will verify that the requesting group is registered as a student group and contact the OIT if needed for further support, such as password resets.

If you need a new SAO account created, you can complete and submit an account creation form to the SAO, which will authorize it and sent it to the OIT for processing. The SAO will distribute information on your request back to you, typically in 4-5 days.

SAO generally resets the password for all club accounts after the Spring semester concludes.
