Issue: Want to gain access to Qualtrics
Context: Qualtrics 
Solution: Any employee of Notre Dame already has an account - it just needs to be activated. 
  1. Go to nd.qualtrics.com
  2. Log in with your NetID and password
  3. Choose I don't have an account
  4. Agree to the terms and agreement
