The Notre Dame Administrative Calendar only includes holidays as determined by Human Resources policy. If you would like the Notre Dame Academic Calendar, it can be downloaded from the Office of the Registrar's Website.
We offer two options to put the Notre Dame Administrative Calendar in your Google Calendar.
Option 1
If you would like to have a calendar where you can turn the display on or off:
- Go to your Google Calendar
- Click in the gray box that says Add a coworkers calendar on the left side bar
- Paste in this email: nd.edu_gt5svv9o8l61ovb7m2mk20t11k@group.calendar.google.com
- Click Add
- Calendar will appear, listed under Other Calendars as ND Administrative Calendar
Note: If the calendar does not show up, make sure the box to the left of ND Administrative Calendar is highlighted. If it isn't, click on ND Administrative Calendar to display the calendar.
Option 2
If you would like to import the events of the calendar into your personal calendar or a calendar you manage:
- Download the attached .ics file (Click HERE)
- Go to this URL after signing into Google: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/settings/export?pli=1
- Click on Select file from your computer gray box
- Locate the file you downloaded in step one and click Open
- Choose the calendar where you want to import the events in the Add to calendar drop down menu
- Click Import
- Click Close
Notes:
- The calendar is updated for the following year by October 30th.
- The calendar is maintained by Product Management. Please notify us if you find an inaccuracy.
