Want to gain access to Qualtrics

Resolution 

Any employee of Notre Dame already has an account - it just needs to be activated.

  1. Go to nd.qualtrics.com or qualtrics.nd.edu. You can also find it via InsideND
  2. Log in with your NetID and password (you may have to authenticate via Okta)
  3. Agree to the Terms of Service
  4. You will be in Qualtrics! You can choose to open (create) a blank project or exit.
