Question: How do I log into my Notre Dame account using Okta Verify?

Answer: 

1. Visit a page that uses the Okta login, such as okta.nd.edu
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click Sign In
4. Ensure that the screen says Okta Verify
   
   
   
   1. If it has a different factor selected, click the drop-down arrow, then choose Okta Verify
      
      
5. Okta Verify has two methods that can be used:
   
   1. If your mobile device has either a cell or wifi signal, Send Push is usually the easiest method
   2. Check your mobile device for the push notification, then approve the request
   3. OR
   4. When your mobile device doesn't have service, you can  click the link to enter code 
      
      
   5. You will then open the Okta Verify app on your mobile device.  It will be displaying a 6 digit number which will change every 30 seconds.  Enter the number that is currently being displayed in the Enter Code field and click Verify
      
6. This will log you in to your account
