OIT Maintenance Calendar

• The calendar is called "Campus IT Maintenance".  This calendar shows all maintenance that will affect campus, such as Banner Changes, CAS Maintenance, Prod Server Patching, etc.
• The “OIT Internal Maintenance" shared calendar is available only to internal OIT employees.  This calendar shows any maintenance on dev or test environments and outside vendor maintenance such as Data Realty or I-Light, patching information, etc.

Planned IT Maintenance Weekend Dates

The OIT coordinates with representatives from many campus departments to plan and schedule maintenance events that will affect many services and impact a significant number of customers. Because of the complexity and amount of work being done, these events may cause services to be unavailable for 12-48 hours on the scheduled weekends. The following dates are currently reserved for this maintenance work:

• Feb 24-25, 2024
• Apr 6-7, 2024
• June 8-9, 2024
• July 27-28, 2024
• Oct 5-6, 2024
• Dec 7-8, 2024 

2025 Dates:

• Feb 15-16, 2025
• April 5-6, 2025
• June 7-8, 2025
• Aug 2-3, 2025
• Oct 25-26, 2025
• Dec 6-7, 2025
