Question: How do I connect to eduroam using a Windows computer?

Answer:

  1. Using your preferred browser visit eduroam.nd.edu
  2. Your operating system will be detected automatically, click on JoinNow

  3. Open the downloaded file, WiFi_University_of_Notre_Dame_Wrapper.exe
  4. Type in your username as your NetID@nd.edu and password and click Next

  5. You should see the following while the utility is running
  6. You may see several screens similar the the one below. Click Yes to continue
  7. If you see the following screen you will need to restart your computer for the connection to finish after completing the remaining steps. Click Continue
  8. When you see the message as shown below the process is complete. Click Done
  9. If you are not immediately connected to eduroam, restart your computer.
