Question: How do I connect to eduroam using a Windows computer?
Answer:
- Using your preferred browser visit eduroam.nd.edu
- Your operating system will be detected automatically, click on JoinNow
- Open the downloaded file, WiFi_University_of_Notre_Dame_Wrapper.exe
- Type in your username as your NetID@nd.edu and password and click Next
- You should see the following while the utility is running
- You may see several screens similar the the one below. Click Yes to continue
- If you see the following screen you will need to restart your computer for the connection to finish after completing the remaining steps. Click Continue
- When you see the message as shown below the process is complete. Click Done
- If you are not immediately connected to eduroam, restart your computer.
