 How do you enable Zoom waiting rooms?

Answer

1. Log into Zoom.nd.edu
2. Once Logged in, click on Meeting Settings to the left
3. Scroll down toward the bottom of the "In Meeting (Advanced)" section
4. Click on the radio button next to Waiting room.

Note: Attendees cannot join a meeting until a host admits them individually from the waiting room. If Waiting room is enabled, the option for attendees to join the meeting before the host arrives is automatically disabled. If you have a participant join AFTER you have allowed people into a meeting from a waiting room , that new participant will have to be let into the meeting as well.
