Annual Quota Allocations

Special Allocations

Initial Quota and Transitions

Purchasing Additional Quota

If you need more PrintND quota, you have two options:

Printing Charges

B/W Simplex (print on one side of a sheet of paper) $0.02
B/W Duplex (print on both sides of a sheet of paper) $0.02
Color Simplex (print on one side of a sheet of paper) $0.12
Color Duplex (print on both sides of a sheet of paper)   $0.12

Allocated PrintND Dollars that are not used by the end of the academic year will not roll over to next Fall, and there are no refunds for unused PrintND Dollars.

How Do I Know What My Balance Is?

There are two ways to check your available quota.

Process for paying when all PrintND Dollars are used

You can transfer funds from your Domer Dollars account to purchase additional PrintND quota by following these instructions.  This can be done at any time.

Requesting Reimbursement Due to Malfunctions

Students may request reimbursement in the event of printer/copier malfunctions, lost print jobs or torn sheets by contacting the Service Desk at 574-631-8111 or submitting a PrintND Quota Refund Request form.
