The Notre Dame ND Administrative Calendar only includes holidays as determined by Human Resources policy. If you would like the Notre Dame Academic Calendar, it can be downloaded from the Office of the Registrar's Website.
We offer two options to subscribe to the Notre Dame ND Administrative Calendar in Google Calendar. You can choose either option or both.
Option 1 Subscribe to the ND Administrative Calendar
If you have previously subscribed to the ND Administrative Calendar, you do not need to subscribe again. The new holidays will automatically appear each year in late October/early November. If the ND Administrative Calendar is not displaying in Google Calendar, make sure the box to the left of it is checked; located in the Other Calendars section.
How do you know if you have previously subscribed to the ND Administrative Calendar? In Google Calendar, look on the left under Other Calendars. If you see the ND Administrative Calendar in the list, you have already subscribed and you do not need to do any of the steps listed below.
If you would like to have a separate calendar (separate from your individual calendar) where you can toggle the ND Administrative Calendar and calendar holidays on or off:
- Go to your Google Calendar
- On the left-hand pane, for Other calendars, click the + icon and select Subscribe to calendar
- In the Add Calendar box, paste in this address: nd.edu_gt5svv9o8l61ovb7m2mk20t11k@group.calendar.google.com
- After pasting the address, be sure to hit the return key

- The calendar will appear, listed under Other Calendars, as ND Administrative Calendar
