You can reach the Service Desk via the following options:

For time-sensitive assistance, you'll generally receive the fastest response via Telephone, Walk-in or Chat.

To enable us to serve each customer individually and in order, please sign in using the iPad when you arrive.  You can make an appointment  for 115 DeBartolo prior to your visit, or sign in via the kiosk when you arrive. 

Support Hours 

Service Desk - 115 DeBartolo Hall

Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.*
Saturday & Sunday:  Closed
Wednesday, Walk-up assistance only from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Tech Desk - 1st floor, Hesburgh Library (next to Copy, Print, Scan) 

Monday - Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Only during the Academic Year, when classes are in session.

*Only Walk-up assistance available at DeBartolo 115 on Wednesdays 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. when we are closed for Staff Meetings.

We remain open on the Labor Day holiday, when classes are in session, while most campus offices are closed. We are closed for all other university holidays.
