Obtain and use a Zoom Kit from 115 DeBartolo Hall

  1. Bring your ID card to the Audio Video Checkout desk in 115 DeBartolo Hall.

  2. Plug the USB Hublet into the lectern PC.  (Note: for Registrar-controlled classrooms, there is one USB port on the front of the monitor.)
  3. Plug the USB cords for the two devices into the USB Hublet.

  4. Turn on the Crestron control panel and verify that PC is highlighted (Note: this step is necessary for the audio to connect to the classroom speakers.)

  5. Plug the mini-USB into the speakerphone device.

  6. Position the camera and speakerphone appropriately. The camera has a cover for the lens as well as a weighted support for balancing on objects (e.g. the lectern PC). The speakerphone only requires plugging in, but does have volume and mute controls.
