115 DeBartolo Hall - Plug the USB Hublet into the lectern PC. (Note: for Registrar-controlled classrooms, there is one USB port on the front of the monitor.)
- Plug the USB cords for the two devices into the USB Hublet.
- Turn on the Crestron control panel and verify that PC is highlighted (Note: this step is necessary for the audio to connect to the classroom speakers.)
- Plug the mini-USB into the speakerphone device.
- Position the camera and speakerphone appropriately. The camera has a cover for the lens as well as a weighted support for balancing on objects (e.g. the lectern PC). The speakerphone only requires plugging in, but does have volume and mute controls.
