Question: How do I connect to eduroam wireless network with iOS?

Answer:

  1. Launch the Safari application and visit eduroam.nd.edu
  2. Your operating system is detected automatically as shown in the image below. Enter your netid@nd.edu and tap JoinNow 
  3. When prompted, tap Allow to approve the eduroam configuration profile to be downloaded on your device
  4. An alert will appear confirming the Profile has been successfully downloaded
  5. Launch Settings app to install the profile
  6. Tap Profile Downloaded to continue the install
  7. Tap Install, to accept the new eduroam configuration profile
  8. If prompted, tap Install again to accept all the new certificates that support eduroam
  9. At the verification screen, tap Done to finish
  10. Enter the password for your NetID if prompted
  11. You should now see eduroam as your current WiFi connection
