How to listen to your voicemail from off campus

Answer: 

Option 1:

1. Dial to get into the campus voicemail system
2. Press * once the call is answered by the voicemail system
3. Enter your 5-digit extension when prompted for ID followed by #
4. Enter your Voicemail PIN followed by #
5. Listen to the voice prompts for listening options

Option 2: Use voicemail.nd.edu to manage your voicemail

1. Connect to VPN
2. Login to voicemail.nd.edu with your NetID and password
3. Manage voice messages in the Inbox or edit your greetings in Settings > Greetings
4. Optional: If you would like your voicemails to be forwarded to you via email, that can be setup within voicemail.nd.edu as well. Please see the instructions in the following OIT Knowledge Article: How to Have My Voicemail Delivered to My Email
