Zoom has a basic method for tracking who attended a Zoom Meeting after the session has ended. Note that participants can input their own names before joining the Zoom session. If you can, recommend students sign into zoom.nd.edu prior to launching the Zoom session or to use their full names (not first names or nicknames) before joining the Zoom meeting. Please record your Zoom meetings and make them available to students who were unable to attend due to sickness or other issues.

To see who attended a meeting:

1) Login to zoom.nd.edu
2) From the left-hand menu bar, select
Reports.

3) Select Usage to view a list of participants from a past meeting/class.

4) Select the From or To date to adjust the dates to include the date(s) when the meeting(s)/class(es) occurred. Then select Search to re-run the report.

5) Select the number displayed in the Participants column to view the list of participants.

6) Check the box next to Show unique users. This will help is student's rejoined the meeting or if breakout rooms were used.

7) Click the Export button if you want to save the report as .csv file that can be opened with Excel or Google Sheets.
