Note: Adobe settings require user authentication with Okta every 14 days.

To sign into and use the Adobe Creative Suite application(s):

1. Launch a previously installed Adobe application (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Professional or Adobe Photoshop) or visit Adobe.com and click the Sign in link at the top right corner of the screen. You will be prompted to sign in to the Adobe Cloud.

Adobe sign in screen

2.   In the Email address field type @nd.edu

Do NOT use the Google, Apple or Facebook login options (if shown), as those will not work with the ND license agreement:

3. When you click "Continue" you will be redirected to the Notre Dame Okta login screen where you should enter your netID and verify through secured multifactor (e.g., Okta Verify App code or other method), if/as required.

4.  After authentication, you may be prompted to select an account type.  If this screen appears, be sure to select the option for 'Company or School Account' to successfully log in to the enterprise.

5. Once login is complete you may use any of the Adobe CC suite applications on that machine during your session.

Note: Students (both undergraduate and graduates) are provisioned to use the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products only on select University-owned Lab and Classroom machines. For locations see KB0013524 Log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud is possible on other machines but no applications will be authorized for use.
