CorpFS is a shared file space with increased security for files which contain Highly Sensitive Information (HSI).
HSI data includes:
- Bank Account Numbers
- Driver's License Numbers
- Social Security Numbers
- Credit Card Numbers
- HIPAA data.
Files in CorpFS cannot be shared via the web. CorpFS permissions also control which university users can access departmental data. CorpFS requires managed AD groups that are provisioned by your local IT representative. The IT representative must have organizational unit access to Active Directory. Note that Google Drive is approved for HSI when there is a use case.
