Is Vocareum a good fit for you?

If you're teaching a course that teaches students how to write code, Vocareum may be for you. It eliminates the frustrations of maintaining identical Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) on each student computer, Instructor and graders. Vocareum provides a single cloud environment all can use.

What else does Vocareum do?

Support for Vocareum at Notre Dame

  1. To use Vocareum, make a request for a Vocareum course site. Email the Sakai_Team-group@nd.edu to set up your Vocareum site.
  2. Vocareum can be integrated with Sakai or used apart from Sakai.
  3. Some programs at Notre Dame may require a student purchase of the Vocareum license. Check your department to see if others have adopted Vocareum and how they've dealt with this.

Integrate Vocareum into your Sakai site

(When using Vocareum through Sakai it is not necessary to enroll students, teachers or graders into Vocareum. Vocareum automatically knows about them when they click from Sakai into Vocareum)
