How to forward all incoming calls to another number or your voicemail.
Resolution
Follow the instructions below for the model of VoIP phone you have.
Model 7945
Activate Call Forward:
- Press the CFwdALL softkey
- Dial the extension or number you want calls to forward to
For an off-campus number, dial 8 followed by the external phone number (include area code if long distance) then the number
Deactivate Call Forward: Press the CFwdALL softkey
Model 8800
- Press Forward all
- To forward calls to another number, enter a phone number.
- To forward all calls to voicemail, press Messages
- To cancel call forwarding, press Forward off
To set up forwarding on a secondary line, press the line button to select the line and press Forward all.
To set up forwarding remotely, access your Self Care Portal.
