Question: Are there advantages to connecting to eduroam instead of ND-Guest?

Answer: The primary advantage of connecting to eduroam is the additional security it provides.  

ND-Guest is not encrypted, it is open to anyone who visits the campus, and is not monitored for potential "bad guys".  Because it is not secure, many ND IT services will now be accessible from ND-Guest.
