Obtain and use a Zoom Kit from 115 DeBartolo Hall

  1. Bring your ID card to the Audio Video Checkout desk in 115 DeBartolo Hall.

    Semester hours:

    Sunday: Noon-8 pm

  2. Plug the USB cords for the two devices into the lectern PC. (Note: for Registrar-controlled classrooms, there are two USB ports on the front of the monitor.)

  3. Turn on the Crestron control panel and verify that PC is highlighted (Note: this step is necessary for the audio to connect to the classroom speakers.)

  4. Plug the mini-USB into the speakerphone device.

  5. Position the camera and speakerphone appropriately. The camera has a cover for the lens as well as a weighted support for balancing on objects (e.g. the lectern PC). The speakerphone only requires plugging in, but does have volume and mute controls.
