Your Responsibilities While Using a Loaner
The loaner device remains the property of the University of Notre Dame. While the equipment is assigned to you, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the device and any accessories provided with it.
- Keep the device secure and under your control.
- Do not loan the device to another person.
- Report a lost or stolen device immediately.
- Report damage or hardware problems as soon as possible.
- Return the device and all accessories by the scheduled return date.
- Save University work and other important files to an approved storage location rather than relying solely on the loaner's local storage.
All loaner devices are inspected when they are returned.
