  1. Log in to google.nd.edu.
  2. Go to My Google Groups then click on the group that you wish to change.
  3. On the left sidebar, click the drop-down for Permissions, and select Basic permissions.
  4. Next to Post, check or uncheck the options to control who can post
    1. For announcement only lists, uncheck all options except Owners of the Group and Managers of the group
    2. For discussion lists, uncheck only All organization members and Public
  5. At the top, click the blue Save button.
