How do I create an account for the Calm App?


Context

Students and benefit-eligible faculty and staff

Answer

  1. To create an account with Calm, visit https://www.calm.com/b2b/notre-dame/subscribe
  2. To create a new account, when asked if you have a Calm account, click No

  3. Enter your name, a personal email address and the desired password (you should NOT use your ND password).  Be sure to make a note of the password you select.


  4. To claim your free ND subscription, enter your NetID@nd.edu

  5. If your NetID has been authorized for the Calm app you'll see the message below.

  6. You can open the app on your computer and/or download the Calm App from the store associated with your mobile device. Login with the account information you setup in step 3 when prompted.

Note:  For support in using the Calm App please visit https://www.calm.com/ and view the Help options at the bottom of the screen.  The OIT is unable to provide further assistance with this application.
