How do I login to the Calm App?

Students and benefits-eligible faculty or staff who have created their account for Calm

If you haven't already done so, create your Calm account following these instructions.

Once you have an account download the app from the store associated with your mobile device.

1. Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions
2. Be sure to select the Have an account? Login option when presented with this screen
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the account and password you created previously
   
   
   
   
4. Tap Log in
5. After you've successfully logged on, you'll have access to all the features and services of the app.
